Cheesecake Recipe



2 cups Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp Salt Coarse
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 cup Caster Sugar
¼ cup Full Cream Milk





Mix cream cheese in electric mixer with sugar;

Scrap down the sides;

Whisk cornstarch, milk and egg to make slurry;

With mixer running slowly add slurry to cream cheese;

Bake at 260°F until jiggly in center with no color;

When cool, whisk into a smooth texture
